Η εκδήλωση αυτή είναι μια παρουσίαση για το πως η γευσιγνωσία οίνου και η γαστρονομία θα μπορούσαν να χρησιμοποιηθούν ως εργαλεία για την αειφόρο τουριστική ανάπτυξη.

Wine and Gastronomy as tools for sustainable tourism development

This event is a presentation of the ways winetasting and gastronomy could be used as tools for Sustainable Tourism Development. A multidisciplinary approach on the topic will start with an academic presentation by Prof. Christou (instructor at IHU on the moduleStrategic Marketing for Sustainable Tourism) followed by an applied view on wine-tourism initiatives by Mrs. Netsika (oenologist, owner of the company Wine Plus, editor of the Wine Plus magazine). The event will conclude with a cooking demonstration by Mr. Arampatzis (Executive Hayatt Regency Chef) presenting recipes from the region of Thessaloniki and a wine-tasting session of four different labels from wineries of the same region.
